an upcoming menu for his James Beard House Dinner in New York City. The
dinner is on Wednesday, February 11 at 7 p.m. and the cost is $75 per person,
with an option for wine pairings. his five-course meal will include
delectable dishes such as Chicken Confit with Chestnut Tortellini, Scallops
and Octopus with Gochujang and Dilled Green Tomato, as well as Chef Van
