The Food 101 Anniversary Dinner is going to be dope!

Ghost's from Chef's Past goes down November 12th at Food 101!

What's up?!

If you happen to be in Atlanta on November 12th, eat a part of history as one of the city's best restaurants, Food 101 in Sandy Springs, celebrates their Sweet 16 with a gangster lineup of five chefs who have all worked with this phenomenal eatery during its longevity. Take a look at this roster in the image above! 
I am posting the finalized menu later on today so get your tickets here. I am pairing three course, plus as I always do with anything I am involved in, making sure everyone leaves with something (but that's a surprise). 
Simply put, book your seat before it sells out!

Food 101 is turning 16!

Join us for a celebration "Ghost's from Chef's Past" featuring our past and current head chefs!

Jordan Wakefield - sous 2007-2010, Now exec chef/owner "Smoke Ring"
Ryan Smith - sous 2010-2011, Now exec chef "Southbound"
Ron Eyester - exec chef 2001-2003, 2005-2009, Now chef/owner "Rosebud, Family Dog, Diner"
Justin Keith - current exec chef 2001-present,
Cooper Sweat - current sous chef 2012-present.

The evening will be an exclusive event with cocktail hour beginning at 6:00 PM. The 5 Course Dinner with wine and beer pairings from Orpheus, SweetWater Brewery, Biltmore Winery, The Last Colony and Ale Sharpton will partake from 7:00-9:00PM at Food 101. We will be featuring live music throughout the evening along with special one on one time from our exclusive chef's. Please join us for what we know will be an amazing and special evening you won't want to miss.
