NETHERWORLD HAUNTED HOUSE BRINGS 30 YEARS OF FEAR!
The wait is over! This weekend, NETHERWORLD Haunted House
opens its doors for its 30th Season of Screams, marking three decades of
legendary monsters, cinematic storytelling and larger-than-life Halloween
entertainment. The milestone season kicks off Sept. 18–19 with two all-new
haunted experiences, CURSE OF THE COLLECTOR and BEYOND OBLIVION: LEGACY OF
EVIL, alongside NETHERWORLD’s Halloween Midway, House of Creeps Monster Museum
and five year-round Escape the NETHERWORLD escape games.
For 30 years, NETHERWORLD has pushed the boundaries of the haunted attraction
experience with unthinkable sets, original characters, award-winning makeup,
elaborate costuming, skilled stunt performers, and blockbuster-style special
effects. The 30th Season of Screams brings that legacy together with new
stories, returning characters, iconic creatures and massive new environments
created specifically for this milestone season.
“Opening weekend is when all of the ideas, designs and 12 months of work
finally become real,” said Ben Armstrong, co-creator of NETHERWORLD Haunted
House. “There’s something incredibly rewarding about standing outside the
attractions and watching guests experience these worlds for the first time.
This year is especially meaningful because we’re celebrating 30 seasons, so
we’ve packed these haunts with pieces of NETHERWORLD’s history while creating
plenty of new surprises.”

CURSE OF THE COLLECTOR: The
30th anniversary season begins with an epic supernatural battle that brings
together some of the most recognizable characters and creatures from
NETHERWORLD’s expansive history.
The primordial soul-gathering entity known as The Collector has rebelled
against the masters of the NETHERWORLD in a desperate attempt to destroy the
ancient gateway connecting their realm to ours. Joining forces with The
Brotherhood’s Frankensteinian warriors, savage werewolves, the Halloween-loving
Children of Autumn and his own discarded Husks, The Collector wages war against
gargoyles, gorgons, vampires, the Army of the Dead and the towering Undying in
a battle that could determine the fate of humanity.
Guests will journey through scenes inspired by legendary NETHERWORLD moments,
including The Invasion of the Gargoyles, The Burrower Beneath, The Colossal
Undying, The Crawling Eyes, The Devastating Warbots, The Night of the Gorgons,
The Halloween Treehouse of Horrors, Jack the Pumpkin Eater, The Library of the
Lost, The Vengeance of the Vampires, The Arena of the Dead, The Battle of the
Titans and dozens more encounters pulled from across NETHERWORLD’s history.
BEYOND OBLIVION: LEGACY OF
EVIL: The adventure continues inside BEYOND OBLIVION:
LEGACY OF EVIL, the largest second attraction NETHERWORLD has ever produced.
Powered by the corrupting energy of Oblivion, the infamous Mangler launches his
most ambitious experiment yet. Inside a grotesque world of laboratories,
slaughterhouses, swamps, abandoned towns and forgotten horrors, captured
cryptids are processed into twisted food products while mutant insects, cursed
experiments and supernatural creatures become part of The Mangler’s ultimate
masterpiece: a decades-long experiment representing his Legacy of Evil.
Guests will encounter The Slaughterhouse of the Cryptids, The Hive, Necrotech
Labs, Zombie Rampage, The Haunted Harkness House, Lost in the Forest, Hunted by
Bigfoot, Madame Mystique’s House of Voodoo, The Hospital of Horrors, The Realm
of the Render, The Behemoth Boogeyman, The Bottomless Pit of Doom and countless
new nightmares created exclusively for the anniversary season.
BEYOND THE HAUNTS…
The Halloween experience continues outside the attractions with NETHERWORLD’s
elaborate Halloween Midway, featuring towering jack-o’-lantern displays,
roaming monsters, themed photo opportunities, games, mini escape games, and
fan-favorite treats.
Guests can enjoy Dr. Octane’s Bizarre Beverages, Zombie Rampage Energy Drink,
cotton candy, “Blood Bags,” gourmet popcorn, Dippin' Dots, barbecue sandwiches,
pretzels, nachos, mini donuts, vegan corndogs, and more.
For even more adventure, guests can visit Escape the NETHERWORLD, featuring five year-round escape
games, including the newest and most intense experience to date, Alien Terror.
Escape the NETHERWORLD operates every day and night the haunted house is open
during the Halloween season, with tickets sold separately.
The House of Creeps Monster Museum also returns, offering
fans a chance to explore rare movie props, iconic NETHERWORLD memorabilia, and
monstrous creations beyond the haunted houses.
And for fans looking to take a piece of NETHERWORLD home, the NETHERWORLD gift
shop is an emporium of spooky goodness for die-hard fans and collectors who
love all things scary. Guests can browse a treasure trove of NETHERWORLD
merchandise, dark décor, creepy collectibles, and more.
TIMED-ENTRY TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE
All NETHERWORLD tickets are date- and time-specific, with guests selecting a
half-hour entry window when purchasing. Guests are strongly encouraged to
purchase tickets online in advance to guarantee entry, as capacity is limited
and individual slots may sell out.
General admission tickets for CURSE OF THE COLLECTOR are available
online from $25–$41, plus service fees and state sales tax. Combo
tickets, which include admission to both haunted attractions, are available
online from $35–$53, plus service fees and state sales tax. SpeedPasses,
which provide expedited entry into both haunted attractions, are available
online from $55–$77, plus service fees and state sales tax. A limited number of
SpeedPasses are available for each time slot.

Due to extensive development and construction near NETHERWORLD, parking will be
more limited than in previous seasons. Guests are strongly encouraged to
carpool or use rideshare services whenever possible and allow additional time
to travel from parking areas to the attraction.
