Here are some awesome events going on at many
of Georgia’s gangster breweries and brewpubs Saturday, January 28th, to raise funds for the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild! Direct
from their site, the Guild says, “Proceeds from events, tastings, beer dinners,
and more will help push Georgia beer forward.”
The Guild has been instrumental to the progress of
the state’s beer scene be it pushing beneficial laws, organizing events, and keeping Georgia
relevant in especially the nation's craft beer scene. Well, the 28th is
officially called Georgia Beer Day
along with the #GEORGIABEERDAY hashtag.
So with breweries and pubs collectively fighting the power including Three Taverns in Decatur, Burnt
Hickory working alongside Dry County
in Kennesaw, the Torched Hop off
Ponce de Leon, Creature Comforts

admission gets a special tour, beer flight, and bar snacks. All proceeds go to
the GCBG.

treats in the evening.
