TAP and Red Brick
throw down tonight!
What’s up Craft Brew Sippers!
To get things rolling for this third week of August
(which has been a completely nutty month thus far), one of Midtown’s favorite
gastropubs and hangouts, TAP, is throwing
a beer dinner with the state’s oldest existing brewery, Red Brick Brewing, tonight at promptly 7:30 p.m. It’s a 6-course
beer dinner and the cost per person is a measly $55, all inclusive. The menu is
crafted by my man Chef Nick McCormick,
and the beer list is below (which includes the silky smooth 20th Anniversary Imperial Stout I have been hyping the
hell up since its launch at the brewery two weeks ago here).
